World's Largest Pelican


The world's largest Pelican is at Pelican Rapids, Minnesota on the Pelican River which flows through the Pelican chain of Lakes. Built of Steel and Cement. The huge bird stands 15-1/2 feet high — an exact proportion of 5 to 1 of a Mounted Pelican. Pelican Rapids is in Ottertail County which claims 1,000 of Minnesota's 10,000 lakes.

Last Supper Sand Sculpture


THIS LAST SUPPER IS A FINE LIFE-SIZE EXHIBITION
of sand sculpturing by the famous artist, Ted Conibear. He has a technique all his own in packing any common sand with water, and has created many outstanding biblical scenes throuout the United states and Canada in the past 30 years.
This scene is mad of 20 tons of sand. It is on display with other Bible stories at bible-Land, Temecula, California, 40 miles south of Riverside on Highway 395.
