Duff's Virginia Ham

are painstakingly prepared to our specifications in one of Virginia's oldest smokehouses and come from top quality porkers. Only the old fashioned way of curing can give the delicate flavor to these hams that Duff's Restaurant demands. After the hams are dry cured, they are rubbed with pepper and smoked for about a month. after a serving of Duff's Virginia Ham, we are sure you will want to take or send some home.
