A typical scene at the "Patio," a cowgirl hanging a necktie, freshly snipped from an unsuspecting customer, to the rafters. The ceiling of the restaurant proudly sports the neckties of many of the nation's top celebrities, including movie and television stars, politicians, sportsmen and others.
