Win Schuler's Restaurants
WIN SCHULER'S
Three family restaurants along Highway 12
Hi Neighbor:
We are having dinner at this real friendly restaurant, nice neat waitresses too, and what delicious food, reasonably priced. They have Luncheon from 11 to 5 and then dinner until mid-night. You can always get a nice big salad, of either shrimp or chicken, steak sandwich, and boy what big hamburgers over half a pound. Don't miss this place on your next trip out this way.
Happy Landings

Mount Hood
MT. HOOD, OREGON
Oregon's tallest peak, 11,245 feet, as seen from the highway in July.
Historical Marker for Oregon Trail, Laurel Hill
The Pioneer Road here detoured the Columbia River Rapids and Mount Hood to the Willamette Valley. The road at first followed an old Indian trail. The later name was Barlow Road. Travel was difficult. Wagons were snubbed to trees by ropes or held back by drags of cut trees. Early travelers named the hill from the resemblance of native leaves to laurel.
