When I first moved to Miami in the late 70s there was a big roadside billboard of this image in North Miami Beach. Been gone for years. I do miss it so. It's just true classic memories. Hopefully not forgotten with time. Seems to me that it was mechanical and the pooch actually pulled the blue suit up and down. See it is already being forgotten with time. How sad. At least I have fond memories.
